Miles Dixon was born in New York City in 1998. He would first leave NYC to live in Portland, OR and later live and travel around South East Asia. He would end up in Berlin and would begin his studies in Fashion Design Prodcution at the Akademie of Mode & Design.
Miles is focused on conceptually focused clothing with an emphasis on storytelling. ‘Happy that it Happened’ is the collection of past works from studies and personal projects. The name ‘Happy that it Happened’ was derived from his Mom’s affinity for the idea of gratitude.
Miles’ Bachelor Thesis and Collection from University is titled “Honest Work”. This capsule collection was shown at the AMD Graduate Show in Berlin and was the culmination Miles’ studies. This site also features a collection of other Fashion Projects, Graphic Design, Photography and other selected works.
